General
Assambly

he main objective of the General Assembly is to validate the annual action plan and the strategic decisions.

All the local and regional governments that are part of the Network are represented.

Executive
Board

The Board will provide strategic oversight to ensure the Network mission and mandate are directly driven by and responsive to the needs of its members and to prepare the General Assembly.

The Board represents different geographic areas in which time policies are being implemented and, for the first year to facilitate the transition, the two major urban associations promoting time policies in Europe: Tempo Territorial and BTUI.

As approved by the General Assembly on the 26th of October, the current Board members are: Barcelona, Strasbourg and Bolzano City Council, together with Tempo Territorial and Barcelona Time Use Initiative

Secretariat

The Secretariat is responsible for carrying out the substantive and administrative work of the Network, organising all the resources necessary to achieve the Action Plan.

The secretariat is managed by the Barcelona Time Use Initiative for a Healthy Society, for the next 2 years (2022-2024).

Beyond the formal structure, it is proposed to have an advisory board with experts and relevant activists that regularly advise on key issues.. The network will also be able to collaborate with all the endorsers of the Barcelona Declaration on Time Policies.
