Two projects have been introduced to improve the autonomy of schoolchildren from the very first classes of primary schools and to improve mobility in the city: the first concerns the closing of roads near schools during school entrance and exit times.
The second project is called PEDIBUS and consists in forming groups of schoolchildren in a certain living area who are then accompanied to school by “watchful grandparents” (retired persons appointed by the Municipality)
